To participate, your staff will be invited to complete a survey using the SurveyMonkey application. The survey results are analysed and shared with your leadership team, along with guidance on how to enhance intergenerational relationships.
Participation is confidential and anonymous.

After the data is collected, a report will be generated for your leadership team and a debrief presentation will be scheduled so that the data presented in the report is understood clearly by your team.
