At Intergenerational Solutions, we believe in starting with a personalised approach. Our initial consultation is free, allowing us to understand your unique situation and discuss how we can best support you.
If you choose to proceed, we'll begin by conducting a comprehensive assessment of your community. This includes a 6-7 minute survey, which can be completed online or on paper for convenience. Once we've gathered responses from a representative sample, we'll create a detailed report for you.
The report covers various aspects, including generational diversity, general climate, cultural diversity, intergenerational assessment, and mentoring assessment. We'll then schedule a debrief consultation with you and your team to discuss the findings and insights.

Joe Azzopardi holds a PhD specializing in Intergenerational Relationships & Wellbeing from
Avondale University in Australia. With a rich background encompassing the education
sector, the religious sector, and academia, Joe has served in diverse roles and
lived in several countries.

Joe's experience in the education sector spans from teaching children in kindergarten
through to teenagers in Grade 12, along with lecturing at the tertiary level at
Avondale University and Andrews University. Currently, he is serving as a conjoint lecturer at Avondale University and a guest lecturer at Andrews University in the USA. Regarding his work in the religious sector, Joe has served as both a church minister as well as a school chaplain in a variety of settings. Joe brings a wealth of academic and practical knowledge to his work.
Passionate about helping communities build stronger intergenerational connections, Joe is also a published author, with chapters in the texts "The Generative Church" (2019) edited by Cory Seibel and "InterGenerate: Transforming church through intergenerational ministry" (2018) edited by Holly Allen. His work is also discussed in the seminary text, "Intergenerational Christian Formation: Bringing the Whole Church Together in Ministry, Community, and Worship" Second Edition (2023).
Aside from his professional accomplishments, Joe is happily married and has three children.
